The Dror family had some issues with ultraviolet light damage to their home interior. They decided to get their living room curtains replaced with motorized blinds.
After removing the hand drawn curtains and rod, we fitted the windows for some rotating faux wood external blinds. Twelve panels on a powered frame, with an opener keyed to both remote and manual button control, as well as a sunlight sensor mounted outside. Installing the system also meant puncturing the wall to accommodate the wiring, and insulating and plastering over it at the end.
